Finally OnePlus has introduced its new flagship device OnePlus 3 in India, OnePlus 3 will be available from 12:30am, 16th June via Amazon India. It is a premium smartphone by OnePlus with top-end specifications and features. The biggest highlight of the OnePlus 3 is that it is equipped with 6GB of RAM with 64GB of inbuilt memory. Unfortunately the phone will be lacking the memory card slot. In terms of appearance OnePlus 3 more like OnePLus 2. OnePlus has not drastically changed OnePlus 3 but the company had made some great changes in terms of appearance and specifications. OnePlus 3 is launched with the price tag of Rs. 27,999 in India.
OnePlus 3 is quite different from its predecessor Oneplus 2. The 3.5mm jack has been shifted to the bottom while the speaker holes has been shifted to the left side. The bottom panel of the phone features 3.5mm audio jack, speaker vents and USB Type-C port. Compared to OnePlus 2 the front panel looks similar featuring home button with fingerprint sensor. It seems a completely new design by OnePlus. The bottom panel of the device is less curved on the edges compared to its predecessor.
OnePlus 3 is powered by dual-core 2.15 GHz Kryo and dual-core 1.6 GHz Kryo clocked with Qualcomm MSM8996 Snapdragon 820 Chipset and Adreno 530 GPU. With the skin of Oxygen OS the device will be running Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). It is a Dual-Sim device, which will be supporting two Nano-Sim. The sensors of the phone includes fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass and barometer while the connectivity of the phone includes Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, Radio and USB.
OnePlus 3 features 5.5-inch Optic AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with the resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels (401 ppi pixel density). The display of the phone is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The phone weighs 158 grams while the dimensions of the phone measures 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.4 mm. The primary camera of the OnePlus 3 features 16-megapixel with phase detection, autofocus, OIS and LED flash while the front facing camera features 8-megapixel. The device is backed with non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery with dash charging support. The phone will be 60% charged just in 30 mins. OnePlus 3 is launched in three attractive colours Gray, Black and Gold.
